1. Which images were submitted for the yearbook? 

Your yearbook selections were recorded at your session and sent directly to the school for yearbook publication.

4. Why are there additional images in my Official Yearbook Session gallery?

Your Official Yearbook Session gallery includes 5 images from your session, including your yearbook selections. All images in your gallery are available for purchase.

 

5. Are digital images included? 

Only if your prepaid package specifically included digital downloads. Official Yeabook Sessions and individual add-ons do not include digital files.

 

6. I purchased Cap & Gown/Collage. Does that include digitals? 

No. These are add-ons to your session and do not include digital images.

 

7. When will I receive my Yearbook Collage?

The Yearbook Collage is a professionally designed 8x8 collage featuring your senior’s two yearbook selections, name and class year. It will be shipped directly to you. It does not include digital image downloads.

 

8. How much are photos? 

Prints start at $25. Digital images and collections are also available through the gallery. 

 

9. Why are the images watermarked? 

Watermarks are removed from purchased digital images and printed products.

 

10. When will you respond to gallery questions? 

I’m happy to help! Gallery questions are answered during regular business hours, Monday–Friday. Please allow 1–2 business days for a response.
